norwegian band royksopp (they brought you 'poor leno' and 'remind me' [that jingle used on the caveman geico commercials]) has been fascinating zonabi and ameneas @musicismymedicine for quite some time. their electropop arrangements are universal in appeal and carry melancholic lyrics. they are also extensively remixed in the underground dj scene.

check out Trailer Space record shop and more in East Austin. It's located off Rosewood. Dejay4Twin and Dj Zonabi went there today to listen to some records. It's a nice shop with rock, punk, and various other vinyl and other accessories. plus they've got shows going on constantly and are going to have a grand re-opening party early april- stay tuned for more!

Music Headz! For hip-hop your best bets are BackAlley Social, Music Gym Patio, and Praque. They've got the most hip-hop acts lined up. Dance/Electronic shows i recommend catching are DJ Chicken George and J-Boogie @ Scoot Inn, M.A.N.D.Y. and Lee Burridge @ Speakeasy, BassNectar and DJ Shadow @ Stubb's. peep Alice Russell @ The Ale House for some nice jazz.
