As Justice was touring the US in the middle of 2008, the gang was filming every moment of their mischief. This amounted to a funny DVD 'documentary' called 'A Cross The Universe' that came out in the states early december and slightly before in europe. Accompanying the obnoxious antics and show footage is one sweet Live Mix that Justice performed in San Fransisco during the tour. They really rework their debut album in this set and revamp many hits. Their live DJ set has gotten really tight and perfected over the year+ of touring and rockin it.

sadly, the dvd was made out to be much more than it amounted to (at least in my opinion) - watching people act silly and occasionally perform music is alright i suppose - but i dont regret buying it digitally, although i told waterloo records they could put the hard copy i had pre-ordered back on the shelf. there is a trend among some high profile DJs who seem to be putting out Films and Documentary-esque movies as bonuses to their music. This is a great idea that will spawn rich features in the future of music.

Karin Dreijer Andersson, half of electronic band The Knife, has spun a side project of her own called Fever Ray.  As a peculiar electronic band The Knife has been known for, winners of six Swedish Grammy Awards, their projects bring much excitment to many fans alike.  Listening to Fever Ray's recently released single, 'If I Had A Heart' (produced by Fever Ray and Christoffer Berg) there is much anticipation for the debut album.  'If I Had A Heart' is a dark lullaby that dances in a sound that blends into the curves of life with you.  As a talented musician, there is much excitement awaiting the release of Fever Ray's poetic expressions in musical rhythms.
